At approximately 7:45 this morning, I encountered one of your drivers in a green Propst Transportation van with phone in hand, looking down at the phone while still moving. Could have been texting. The back of the van read "School Students" but I certainly hope there weren't any students in the van since he was driving like a maniac on I-81. License plate number is GMA-6352.
