Had a hard time getting in touch with this company, didn't return calls. Unwilling to work with the customer and their needs. Was rude and dismissive on the phone - made assumptions about situation without taking the time to understand what I was asking of them. I was actually lectured to over the phone about what good customer service is/is not, after stating I was unhappy with other business practices of his competitors in the area (at the time I wasn't even referring to him!!!!). Cancelled appointment for estimate without giving explanation or alterna
