I was very unhappy with the way I have been treated. They seem very uneducated and when I asked to speak to a manager, it did not get any better. The only response they would give me is "the computer says so". Really? This is the best you can come up with? I cannot believe that they actually treat there customers like this. They do not see their customers as the life blood of their business. I cannot wait to finance my car through a different bank and pull them as my loan holder. I would tell anyone who is considering using this company NOT TOO.
