My father in law introduced me to Cheplics... It's an old time meat packing/butcher shop that has great quality meats of all kinds.. They have their own slaughter house and meat smoking facility and bring the consumer as close to the food source as possible. Alittle difficult to find, but well worth the trip. Bring a cooler so you can load up ....
