I got my very first piercing - a VCH- here. Beside of the area of the piercing, I did massive amounts of research and quizzed Nick to make sure he was at least as much as I had absorbed. He passed with flying colors and referenced The Piercing Bible which put me at ease. My only negative is that I wish he would have measured to get a better fitting bar. Even after what little swelling there was went down, the bar was still uncomfortably short, but i went back and they switched it out for a longer one no problem, free of charge.
