I lived at Hillside Terrace Apartments in Lemon Grove for about a year. The rent I paid was $1300 for a two bedroom two baths, I also had to pay $75 a month for water and trash pickup and also $25 a month for dog rent. The total a month is $1400 which is very expensive for a 900 square foot apartment. You also have to give a $250 deposit for your pet. When I first was checking out the apartment, I was helped by a rude and very inappropriately dressed employed staff member named Misty. She was not helpful at all and very rude.
