We purchased a battery charger at Stereo Sound Inc. for my mother-in-law's camera. She was unable to charge her battery. I also couldn't charge the battery. I purchased a charger from another store and charged the battery. The charger purchased from Stereo Sound, Inc. is defective. My mother-in-law is 89 and has a heart condition. She walked and took a bus to Stereo Sound Inc. to return the defective charger. This was within the 30 day return period stated on the website. The store refused to refund or replace the defective charger. I wrote a letter
