Called Joe and they scheduled an appointment. I was very excited to get my windows cleaned! They scheduled for a monday morning. Got a message on my phone to call them back the morning of the scheduled time. He said it was supposed to rain and what do you want them to do. Needless to say they never showed up at my house and never answered any of my messages and it never rained. Not a very good businesd tactic and not very trustworthy as far as I can see. Very disappointed!
