I got it at LAD in Doylestown. From the owner who supposedly has been doing hair for 30 years. One side of my head was actually 1 in. or more shorter than the other. I put on a pair of earings the next day and you could see one hoop and not the other, that's how bad the cut was. Scarey! Beware of half price coupons! There's a reason why they need to offer them. I also had highlights done which had to be redone because they originally only covered one side of my head! This person advertizes that she's a color specialist!? I don't think so.
