This establishment doesn't even deserve one star!! I'm am so repulsed by the owner Bill and his unprofessional attitude and disgusting demeanor toward his paying customers. It took 5hrs for my small dog to be groomed! Instead of Bill explaining why it took so long, he became defensive and called me an idiot. He was completely disrespectful and has no compassion for animals. He told me that my dog was the problem bc "he pissed all over himself and needed to be rewashed".
