I had purchased around 7 rings from howard of foss. The last two I was not happy with. He made me pay a 20 percent restocking fee on one and our right refused to refund on my other unhappy purchase. His web site says 30 day returns. Had to open credit card dispute. Please shop with a credit card for protection there.
