Let me start by saying that I have no first - hand experience with this daycare. But I do have two children and have read the extensive and terrifying consequences (death) of this 'child rearing technique' and would simply never entrust a daycare center with this name. Perhaps this is an oversight by the owners- if so I recommend they disassociate themselves from this name; if not I recommend that parents never consider this place.
