I'll make this short. I have used them before and was satisfied with work. I have referred many clients to this place. I will not be doing that anymore. Principles and customer service should be a priority to businesses, well not this one. On last visit she decided to change quoted price at the time of delivery. This is understandable if there is additional work or she would get it approved prior to performing the work but this was not the case.
