Guy knows parts, but showed very very poor customer service, and people skills, poor business etiquette as well-willing to turn a returning customer away. I had bought and have been buying furnace supplies for years from this store, this year when I purchased a faulty nozzle the owner threw a big fit and tried to make to be a fool. telling me there was no issue, though I told him that myself and another (services furnaces as a second job) verified this was the problem, he still continued to argue, I said I wasn't coming back and he laughed.
