Welcome to Chirofit! We welcome you to contact us for a free consultation or to book an appointment. Dr. Ellen Rencher works with people of all ages and is passionate about healing, overall wellness and health. If you have any general questions regarding Chiropractic care, anyone of our friendly staff members would be more then happy to assist you. Our hours are M,W, F from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday are by appointment only. Chirofit offers Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Massage Therapy, Wellness and Injury Prevention Workshops and Lectures. Topics include Disc Injuries; Wt. Loss. Anti-Aging, Sport Specific Prevention and Rehab., Extremity Specific(ie. Shoulder/Knee) available In-House and to local Corporations, Associations and Health Clubs.
