My dog Sammy is two years old, and has belonged to my father until now when he was recently long-term hospitalized. Sammy has gone to Norine since her very first hair cut. When my father was hospitalized, I tried to reach Norine several times to arrange for an appointment. After several un-returned phone calls, I decided to go else where. Later, I find out, that Norine had told a neighbor, that she would only cut Sammy's fur if my neighbor took her. I believe that%u2019s absolutely horrible customer service.
