The business sold my dress (that I paid $170 for, claiming I lowed money on alterations) and refused to refund my money. They stated that they held it too long and that I owed an alteration fee when it had never actually been altered. When asked for proof that the dress had actually been altered their only reply was "Well we can't actually remember if it was altered or not%u201D.
