I had a recent interaction with Carolina Trailer in Rock Hill I would like to pass along. I bought a used trailer from it's original owner that was sold new by this dealer. The first owner chose not to title it but I wanted to get a title for the trailer. In order to do so I needed a copy of the original bill of sale to prove to the DMV that the sales tax was paid. The party I purchased it from no longer had the receipt. DMV told me to go to the dealer and get a copy from them. Despite repeated attempts to get this document they NEVER did produce it!
