Mine too, won't go through unless I rate them high. They promised they'd hook up washer and dryer upon delivery, which I paid xtra for and they didn't, they dropped it off and said, "We got to go." Once I got it hooked up I found the washer was leaking. Part of their sale is they have a 90 day warranty, well they never called me back and never addressed the problem. They were unprofessional, rude and lacked any kind of morality or good ethical business practices. They are con-artists and I do not recommend this company at all. If you have any questions
