I took my 1991 BMW 525i in for an oil change - over the many years I have had this car I have always paid normal rates for oil changes; this service center advertized oil changes for $17.90; when I picked up the car I was perplexed with the bill - they advised that 4 quarts of oil were included in their standard oil change but that my car required 6 - they charged me $9 per quart for each of these two additional quarts. Additionally they told me my oil filter was not standard and they charged me an additional upcharge of ~$14 for the filter despite it is avaliab
