I stumbled upon the shop, looking for a gift for my impossible-to-shop-for mother in law. The helpful staff asked some questions regarding her likes and dislikes. They really got a great feel for her and made some thoughtful suggestions. There was no pressure from the staff at all. They really wanted me to select what I felt comfortable with. I ended up going with the first item they suggested and my mother-in-law was thrilled! It was a great experience and I will shop there again.
