I had a pleasant experience on 6/11/2011 buying a few items and a set of swimming goggles to swim and play with my little nephew, until I opened the box to try my new goggles, and I noticed the clear plastic that goes around the goggles that prevents for water to get in your face was twisted. The way it was packed has ruined the goggles. I decided the next day to go and get a return. The nice lady that waited on me the day before was there, and I explained to her the problem. She told me to go and get another one because there is a no money return policy in the store.
