I have bought 3 bikes to date from Mark Kimball the sales manager. He has helped me with giving me each bike at the best price possible. The entire sales staff and management have always treated me with the up-most respect and they don't mind if you just drop in to say hello! I come by so much, I've asked if I have any mail today! The owner said to me one day; If you treat a customer nice, he might tell a few friends. But if you treat him badly, he'll tell a hundred! So! That says it all in a nut shell people about this place as far as I'm concerned
