After being stranded on the side of I-95 for over an hour waiting on S.C. Highway Patrol, we were able to get navigation to work and gave us Al's Car Care. Brian and his crew went above and beyond to help us. Said they would be there in 15-20 minutes and it was 13 from the time we hung up to having the car being loaded. We had to wait on family to come with a trailer to haul our car back to Charlotte, (about 4 hours) and Brian could not have been more congenial and helpful. He offered to take us to a local restaurant so we could wait in the air conditioning and ge
