Buyer beware! My 12 year old grandson bought, with his own money, a pair of DEFECTED work boots. First time he wore, the bottom fell off. The Shoe Dept. manager, Shelia at the Guntersville Store, flat refused to work with him on the pretense that "the receipt states no returns if worn". The very least Shelia could have done is exchange the defected boots. These boots are CLEARLY defected and it is a shame for a business to bully a child that works and saves his money and is treated this way!!! Incrediable way to do business much less treat a child!%2
