WORST ADOPTION PLACE EVER!!!!!! We had a HORRIBLE experience with the owner. I fell in love with a Maltese puppy while she was still at the hospital, and I was so dedicated to this puppy. I went to visit her everyday and was totally convinced that I would be able to have this puppy. I named her Bailey, and was super excited. This adoption agency told me that they wanted me to have her AND came over to my house and "analyzed and judged" us, which ended in the final answer of them saying they would bring her back to us in about an hour!
