The owner has an explosive temper and used a loud and abusive tone in dealing with us. We hired his company to remove a fallen tree, but when his crew severely damaged our lawn with a bulldozer, destroying the roots of a beautiful specimen tree, we tried to get them to stop but not one of them could understand English. When the damage was pointed out to Terren the owner, he screamed "SUE ME!". He dodged our phone calls, sent hysterical emails to us and generally came off like some screws are loose.
