This place is an utter failure in customer service. I have used this place four times to pay my phone bill, and there is a problem every single time I go in there. He can't take change, he can't certain denominations, he's having computer problems, it's something new every time. Today, I went in there and stood right in front of him for over 30 minutes, using up my entire lunch break. He never acknowledged I was there, never offered to help or give me any assistance.
