Review
This company employee very "snippy" "Customer Service Representatives" who do not have the whole insurance picture. Today Deba, from Sevierville Office, was short and eager to explain what my insurance did NOT cover vs. what it did cover. We needed to change from concentrator to liquid oxygen according to Dr. order and the service rep on the phone was snippy disgusted and short. In addition the company stated they did not carry suctioning catheters or nasal aspirators. I was informed yesterday it would take a week to get a pulse ox in that my sister needs now. This week
