Lou and his son Josh showed up at my doorstep on the night of October 31, 2011 at approximately 6:33 pm. I was on the telephone long distance in my kitchen and could hear Lou shouting my name from the front wall! My fiance answered the door. Lou told her he wanted wanted "to fix" anything we were not satisfied with concerning the doors. Wow! I used Lou over a year and half ago to install two doors. The doors and the installation turned out to be a disaster and much too expensive. Lou receives some constructive criticism on yelp and now sho
