My experience with this car shop was full of frustration. They provided a poor service to me and were dishonest. I took my car to the Collierville Import for a service because the cooling hose was leaking. The store manager recommended me to replace the thermostat in the same time and I agreed. They charged me $320 for replacing cooling hoses and a thermostat. I knew they over-charged me but I did not have the time to go to another shop, so I just let them do it.
