Basic maintainance of the apartments and grounds was virtually nonexistant. The owners, Starwood Properties, are crooked people who care about nothing but getting your money. They didn't pay their bills on time, so nothing would get done. The trash in the dumpsters would not get emptied so the trash would over run onto the grounds and the smell would be horrible.
