My daughter has attended this facility for over 5 years. I've never had a problem with duplicate billing as the other reviewer indicated, and they have mine on file for automatic billing. Yes, it is a secured facility and your assigned key card is required for self-entry. I prefer waiting on someone to let me in than have an unsecured door just anyone can walk through. Some other parents are nice, and others are not. Either way, I've never had a problem with the office staff or the owner. I was unhappy with one of the teachers, but I addressed this with the ow
