In this store all the associates are on what they call an up-list so unless you ask for your favorite associate (which I do, she's been there from the beginning and her bi-lingual skills are a definite plus)you get stuck with who's up next - all the staff is very rude and the manager has no control what so ever - He even has a missing tooth and flaunts it - If you do go to this location - go with an attitude - because they are the worst in the industry in customer service
