While I never had complaints with the haircuts and color/highlights done at the salon; I would never recommend the salon to any friend that I intended to keep. The stylists spend more time on their iphones than on your hair. I was constantly asked to reschedule around my stylist's personal life, which I did so willingly over the course of 2 1/2 years but was met with utter rudeness, by the owner herself, when I dared request as much....told if I could not bend to the new hours of hairstylist, that were never communicated to me, I could go elsewhere, they did
