I am so sorry that customer service is not in this store managers best intrest.It seems he is all about the mighty DOLLAR. I went to buy some regular vac bags for the G4.Which we bought in a group deal with 8 of our friends.I found these bags at the Plano location when the directory gave me the wrong location number (so glad this happened).So i ended up at the Lewisville store instead right by my house 13 miles away.The price for the bags was offered to me for 28 dollars and some change for 9 bags. Planos price was 19 and some change BIG DIFFRENCE.There 3 bag deal was 1
