I just returned a food order and requested a refund. The service was absolutely appalling! I didn't mind the wait time, which always has a tendency to be very long. After an almost 30 min. wait the car in front of mine left. Then when I drove up to receive my order I explained to the female at the window that there was a car that had left so perhaps that's why I had received the wrong order.
