Husband and I walked in Oct 5th, Monday. No other customer was in site. Wanted to find out about trading in my 2003 Mini Cooper. Sat down with James Nguyen; no eye contact, told us only trade in if we are desperate. (I guess they are not desperate for a sale) Told us to go home, choose our options on the web for a new one and come back to order it. I get better service buying a cup of coffee. We end up trading in for another Mini from Eastbay Mini in Pleasanton. Got better Service and better trade in value.
