This wrecker service is the wrecker contracted to the Grand Cypress Apartment Complex, in the 1 year I have lived here I have called them around 10 times for various violations. People parked in handicapped spaced without placards, people parked on fire lanes, people double parking. Everytime I have called they say a wrecker is on the way, and they never arrive. Last night I called in a car parked on a fire line, 6 hours later, the car is still there! Horrible company, contract elsewhere!
