I went for a refill and pedicure yesterday. I was getting both services at the same time. The lady working on my nails cut me FOUR times with the tool...made me bleed. My nails are uneven, the white part is misshaped, and they are very dull. The only reason I went there is because I couldn't get an appointment at my regular place. But I regret it completely, and will never go back. My fingers still hurt from being cut. I have never been more disappointed with a service.
