My daughter and I witnessed a dog being groomed at Petco, and when the dog began to fall off the table the groomer pulled the dog back up on to the table by pulling the dog up by the neck with the lead/collar alone. The dog was obviously upset and scared and the groomer responded by being rough with the animal. We were so upset to see this that when we saw the owner come to pick up her dog we spoke to her about what we saw. The owner was very upset and said she had noticed that her pet became anxious lately when she brought it for grooming but didnt realize it might be
