I have been training at Jade Mountain for over 2 years and love it! They offer Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing,on and on. They have Woman's Self Defense Seminars scheduled monthly or will do a private training for anyone interested. That's how I found them. I have lost 20 lbs and really love this work out opposed to going to the gym! Sifu Whit and Sifu Larry are wonderful and their assistants are great too. Highly Recommended!!
