I've lived here two years. First year had no problems, but always saw people with cars broken in to. Second year my wife and I both have had our cars broken in to. I spoke with Addison PD. They said a minimum of 20 happen just in my garage. They've asked management to put cameras up at the entrances of the garages and management refuses because "the pay back is not there". We are moving asap to get away from the rampant crime. The overly priced apartment was OK for the location at first, but with added costs of crime it isn't worth it now. The other complexes in Add
