I had a case with Richard Hassan and he made many mistakes. On multiple occasions he didn't know the law that applied to my case even though the opposing counsel did. He had plenty of time to prepare but it seemed he only used the information I told him and he wasn%u2019t familiar with the written discovery and evidence. In discovery, he seemed to be mostly interested in running up his bill by repeatedly asking the same questions.
