I was very dissatisfied with the service and safety of the equipment that Oxycare provided. Their equipment was faulty from the time we left their door. Not only was I inconvienced by having to go back to exchange it the same day of surgery, but I got the run around when wanting to contact the owner "Shawn". His staff are not trained on their policies and he will not return calls when questions arise.
