Review

Called to schedule an appointment for a salesperson "Soupy" (sic) to measure two office buildings for new carpet and pad. Not only did she never return the call, neither did anyone else. Needless to say, someone else got the $10,000 job. When ownership was informed of this, they acted like they could care less and urged us to contact a specific individual to make sure it's "done right" next time. As if.
