I put A prom dress on lay-a-way and put 200.00 down, the day before prom my Daughter's boyfriend broke up with her and she found out that he was taking someone eles... My Daughter was heart broken! I ask if we could get our money back and I was told no. I ask why not and Suki told me that we had actually "bought" the dress and she would not refund my money. she then told me I was rude and hung up on me...
