Their people are not very knowledgeable, and I would never buy anything that would require service afterwards (like a PC). Anything electronic, they've got it. Great to go and browse, see all the different electronics available. Good to touch and see what you're buying. I've spent thousands over the years with them, but never will buy a PC, and certainly won't get an extended warranty from them. If you know what you want, or just want to see everything that's availalbe, they're perfect. Prices (especially the weekly specials) can be phenomenal...sometimes better than
