I lament to say that the new management is not remotely close to the par set by the previous group. The staff is extremely condescending which didn't make for a friendly environment. To make matters worse, the sales pitch which I was told in person did not match what was noted on their web page. My friend and I went ahead and trusted what they stated in person. That being said, I had a family emergency that caused me to miss two classes. I was not allowed to make those up even though I was told in person that I could (at a later date).
