I have had a horrible time dealing with Alamo Garage door Austin at 1101 Regal Row, 78748. The salesman (Billy Bob) is incompetent and has proven so multiple times. First by not measuring my garage door correctly and then by not following up on getting the problem fixed. After waiting for 2.5 weeks to get the original door I ordered installed I was told I needed to wait another 2 weeks to get Billy Bob's mess up fixed with a new panel. It has now been 5.5 weeks since I originally ordered the door and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING DOOR! They installed the new door
